Serving the kids doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your own well-being
Coaching for school operations leaders who are ready to put themselves back on the priority list
As a school operations leader, you’re selfless, hard-working, and you care deeply about the students in your school. But years of putting work first have taken their toll: you’re tired, don’t feel healthy, and your pace doesn’t feel sustainable anymore.
You don’t have to feel that way forever.
I work with school operations leaders who are ready to treat themselves with the same care they usually reserve for others.
If you are ready to be a priority again, click below to schedule a discovery session. Let’s see if coaching is a fit for you.
How does it work?
Step 1: Book a discovery call to see if I can help
Step 2: Work 1:1 with me to create realistic action plans that actually work in your life, and have fun along the way. Finally enjoy the support you need to create lasting change.
Step 3: Enjoy the benefits of finally putting yourself back on the priority list, like lower stress, better health, and more happiness.
Before Coaching
You feel bad saying no. You’re overbooked, overworked, and maybe a little resentful of all the demands on your time.
After Coaching
Your time reflects your priorities. You’ve found balance and time to breathe. You make time for fun.
Before Coaching
You find yourself lying in bed at night, replaying situations in your head and dwelling on what you should have done differently.
After Coaching
You know how to quiet the thoughts that don’t serve you, and you reclaim your sleep.
Before Coaching
You want to eat better and move more, but you can’t imagine where the time or energy would come from.
After Coaching
You’ve figured out ways to fit healthier eating into your life without spending all weekend in the kitchen. You’re moving more, and in ways you truly enjoy. Your body and mind are feeling the benefits of these changes.
Before Coaching
Your life/career is dedicated to serving others. Years of neglecting yourself have taken its toll. You feel burned out, and you’ve lost the spark you used to have for your work.
After Coaching
You’ve learned how to prioritize what matters most. You have the tools you need to deal with life’s difficult moments, and you have a long-term vision for yourself. You’re regaining your spark, and you surf the waves of challenges instead of drowning in them.
Before Coaching
You’ve learned a lot in therapy but you feel unsure of how to apply what you’ve learned in a practical way.
After Coaching
With your coach, you have developed realistic and actionable steps to move your life in the direction you want to go. You’re seeing positive results as you follow your plan.
You know you need to take better care of yourself, but it just doesn’t feel possible. Others need you more, and it feels selfish to even think about prioritizing yourself.
Even if you did plan to make positive changes in your life, where would the time or energy come from? You start work when it’s dark, and you leave work when it’s dark again. In the time between, you pour yourself into creating a seamless experience for the students, staff, and parents. It’s important work, but it can also be draining.
I know because this used to be me. Before becoming a coach, I ran K-5 operations at a school in NYC. I know how easy it is to get lost in the job, and how hard it can be to find balance.
If you’ve tried and failed to make changes on your own, it might be time to work with a coach.
My clients learn to put themselves back on the priority list. They come to coaching with a variety of goals, and leave coaching exceeding what they thought they were capable of. They have reduced their stress, improved their health, increased their happiness, deepened relationships, advanced their careers, and enjoyed plenty of laughter along the way.
Serving the kids doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your own well-being. I promise.
“Today is my youngest’s 9th birthday and I am in the best shape I have experienced since that day 9 years ago when I gave birth. This is in no small part because of our time together, learning and growing in my well-being and understanding of being alive in the world.
It is astonishing what I have engaged in these 6 months after so many years of just making things work, despite what I felt and despite what I needed.
I am mindful of how much my core strength and my emotional strength have improved since my leave this summer, my Positive Intelligence work with you, rediscovering my love of weightlifting (at your encouragement!), and my progress in finally healing my core with the Every Mother Program after 9 years (your excitement was contagious and it’s been so worth it).
Thank you!”
