Step 1: Book a call

This casual conversation allows us to determine whether I can help you, and if coaching is the right fit. I’ll ask you to share what changes you’d like to make, and I’ll give you a taste of the coaching process. If we both feel it’s a fit, I’ll share how we can work together. If it’s not the right time for coaching, I will still try to leave you with some valuable insights so the time is worth your while.

Step 2: Work 1:1 with me to create lasting change in your life.

We’ll start with an 8-week Positive Intelligence® foundation that will provide you with the tools to flourish long after your coaching is over. From there, we create customized plans that are unique to you, your strengths, your needs, and your resources. There are no cookie-cutter solutions here. You will get the support you need to make profound changes and will have fun along the way.

Step 3: Commit to doing the work and reap the benefits: lowered stress, increased happiness, better health, and improved performance.
